How to measure?

Follow these 5 simple steps to take the correct measurements to send an order for your Magic Cat Mesh:

Tools needed: Measuring Tape, Pen and Paper.

Requirements of windows:

  • Has a flat metallic or aluminum surface.
  • Minimum width of 20mm to be able to paste on strong adhesive Velcro tape.

How to Measure:

  1. Identify the windows you wish to install Magic Cat Mesh.
  2. Measure length and height from end to end. Ensure that the frame you will be installing on has a minimum width of 20mm.
  3. If you wish to install custom zippers to access the windows more easily, measure from the left end of the window to where you wish to place the zipper. You can add more zippers if you need to.
  4. Convert all measurements into millimeters.
  5. Input the measurements into the pricing calculator.
  6. Add to Cart.
  7. Make Final Checks.
  8. Checkout.

How to install?

Follow these simple steps for an easy and smooth installation of Magic Cat Mesh:

What’s included:

Tools you require:

  1. Scissors or Penknife to cut Velcro tape
  2. Stool or short ladder if your windows are tall

How to Install:

  1. Try covering the mesh onto the window you wish to install to ensure that you are using the mesh of correct and orientate appropriately. Place it aside first.
  2. Ensure the frame of the windows you will be installing on is clear of any obstruction that may hinder the installation. (eg. Wall Hooks)
  3. Wipe the frame where you will be pasting the Velcro tape with a dry towel and remove any dust or debris.
  4. Peel the protective layer of the Velcro tape and paste onto the frame.
  5. Paste the Cat Mesh over the Velcro strips you just installed. Adjust to make it look nice and tight as required.

Does it come with warranty?

Thank you for choosing Cat Owner Essentials for your cat mesh system. Our warranty is designed to provide you with peace of mind regarding the quality and longevity of our products. Please review the following terms and conditions:

  1. Coverage: The warranty covers the mesh/system if it breaks naturally. Replacement of polyester pet mesh occurs only if the mesh is bitten by a cat or damaged naturally to a minimum size of 5cm x 5cm.
  2. Service Period: For the first 12 months after purchase, service is free of charge for material excluding any additional charges such as transportation costs.
  3. After 12 Months: From the 13th month onwards, labor and transportation charges will apply, determined by Cat Owner Essentials. If mesh products cannot be repaired and require replacement, the cost of the replacement mesh product will be charged at half the price listed on the invoice. This replacement cost is in addition to transportation charges.
  4. Void Warranty: The warranty is void if the attachment system is removed for reasons other than to replace a defective product covered under this warranty.
  5. Maintenance: The product warranty only applies when the product is maintained in accordance with mesh care instructions and properly installed. It does not cover misuse, abuse, or acts of God. The product warranty covers installations only in Singapore.
  6. Amendment: Cat Owner Essentials reserves the right to amend the Warranty Terms & Conditions without prior notice to all affected customers.
